Please read below the conditions for development: This is urban land which is pending urban development, (infrastructures such as lighting, telephony, drinking water, road access...).

On this land a space will be reserved for a green zone and the rest must be minimum plots of a minimum surface of 1.500m2.

This land can be converted into a plot with the urban development, its disadvantage at the moment, is that any infrastructure can be carried out except for the installation of the sewage network.The sewage network is a work to be carried out by the Jávea Town Hall.
